Delivery and Returns

We aim to despatch your order immediately. However please allow up to 28 days for delivery. We are only able to deliver to mainland UK addresses excluding the Highlands of Scotland.

Delivery Charges

Postage and packing is:

£2.50 for orders which total £9.99 or less
£5.00 for orders between £10.00 and £49.99
FREE for orders which total £50.00 or more

Returns

We carefully pack and check all orders prior to dispatch and we hope that you are delighted with the items that you have chosen.

If there is a problem with any of the products that you have ordered we will be pleased to offer you an exchange or a refund. Please follow the returns procedure detailed below:

Please call the local rate customer care line on 0845 658 8866 within 30 days of receipt of your goods to obtain a Returns Authorisation Code.
Enter the Returns Authorisation Code on the form on the reverse of the Delivery Note (which arrived with your goods) and enclose this with the goods being returned.
Goods must be in their original packaging with all parts together and in their original condition.
Goods must be returned in appropriate outer packaging.

If you no longer have the Delivery Note please follow the returns procedure but enclose a letter with your goods, including the Returns Authorisation Code.

Guarantee

If you are not 100% delighted with the products we deliver to you we are happy to offer an exchange or refund. Please call us on 0845 658 8866 within 30 days of receipt and we will advise you on how to return your goods. If you require our carrier to collect the goods, a delivery charge of £5 will apply.

Product Guarantee

Many of our larger items such as composters and water butts come with a 5 year or 10 year guarantee as specified in the product description. If the product fails within this time period, we will replace it for you. Please contact our customer care team on 0845 658 8866 for further information.
